NSW: Nurses to be paid to re-train
Nurses who are out of the workforce will be fully paid while they train to re-enterthe New South Wales public hospital system.
Health minister CRAIG KNOWLES says the $1.8m Nurses Re-Connect scheme will support500 or more out-of-work nurses during refresher courses, which usually take 10 weeks.
